We take special care for each of our orders, using quality, eco-responsible materials and tailor-made packaging: reinforced cardboard, bubble wrap, wedges... the proof in pictures.

A plant is alive but rest assured!

Transporting plants is tricky and requires real expertise. Thanks to our packaging designed and adapted for each type of plant, they are protected throughout the duration of transport so that they arrive in perfect condition and do not suffer.

How are your orders packaged?

We use different packaging adapted to each of our plants, they are held in place with wedges, which allows them to remain upright throughout the duration of transport.

To prevent the earth from scattering inside the package, we use a special paper that holds the plant pot. They are always well humidified before sending to allow them a serene journey of several days in the box.

We use double-thick cardboard, which makes the packaging more resistant, durable and easy to recycle. Thanks to the solidity of the cardboard, the plants are securely wedged and can travel upside down without risk.

What should be done as soon as the plants are received?

1.

Take your plants out of the packaging quickly (same day if possible)

2.

Open the box and remove the plant from the wedges

3.

Untie the string and remove the bubble wrap around the plant

4.

Put the plant in its cachepot and place it in the light with watering if necessary

FAQ

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier by email or SMS.

If you are absent when the parcel is delivered, several options are possible:
- Delivered to your neighbors
- Redeposited at the depot and delivered at a later date agreed with you
- Delivery to the relay point closest to you
