The foam in my
terrarium is turning yellow:
If your moss is yellow, it may have been in the sun a bit too long, or you may have missed watering. No worries, you can try several methods.
1. Spray water into your terrarium , count two sprays per foam. If you don't have a spray bottle, you can use a tablespoon. Then pour one to two tablespoons of water over the foam, depending on its size.Keep your terrarium well closed and observe if the foam turns green again, repeat the operation the next day if the foam is still dry to the touch. If the moss does not turn green again, try the 2nd method.
2. Remove your moss from terrarium . Just grab it gently by the edges. Bath it (let it soak) in cool water for half an hour or an hour, then wring it out by pressing on it, not too hard.
3. If your foam is still yellow, it's probably too late for it... Don't panic, foam can be replaced, if you've had your terrarium for less than a month, you can contact our customer service, otherwise click here to get a new one. To reposition it and breathe new life into your terrarium , place it gently, and be sure to press it down.

My
terrarium 's plants are getting wilted:
If your plant's leaves are withered, soft, tired or droopy, your terrarium may be a little dry. Touch the foam, if it is not wet, or little, spray some water (a few sprays) into the terrarium , or take a spoon and pour water on the foam , and at the base of dry plants. Keep the terrarium closed until it condenses, if the plant does not recover it will have to be removed. You can replace it, by digging a small hole in the ground to be able to repot a new plant. Our entire selection of mini plants for terrarium can be found here.

My ficus is losing its leaves:
Don't forget to pick them all up! If they remain on the surface of your terrarium , they may mold due to high humidity.
The cause of the problem can be either excess humidity, or lack of watering. Excess humidity is characterized by constant condensation, your terrarium may eventually be heavy to lift. It is then necessary to open your terrarium more regularly, until it finds a lower humidity level. If your terrarium is too dry, water it as mentioned above: spray water on the moss, bathe it if it is very dry, and close the terrarium . If after a few days it does not produce condensation, repeat the operation.
Your Ficus should start up again, do not hesitate to prune it to encourage the growth of new leaves. If you prefer, you can replace it.

Insects are crawling inside my
terrarium :
Insects go hand in hand with soil and plants, but there are several ways to get rid of them, or limit their presence. If some have become embedded in your terrarium , you can open it and let it dry for a few hours. Midges are fond of moist soil.
You can also dilute a few drops of black soap in a spray bottle, and exert some pressure on the sides of the jar, this should keep the little bugs away.
Our N'BIO protective oil allows you to quickly and effectively save your plants from diseases, fungi and bacteria.

White moss is present on my plants:
If a thin white film forms on your ficus or on the surface of your moss, this is due to excess humidity. Open your terrarium for an hour, and be sure to open it when your terrarium produces condensation or fog. You can scrape the foam with a brush to remove it.
We hope that you have found a solution to your problem, do not hesitate to consult the maintenance guide if you have any doubts, or to send us a short message, we will give you personalized advice. :)
