We often talk about ''green plants'' when it comes to choosing plants for our interior. However, many indoor plants offer pretty flowers, which flourish very well in different rooms of the house. A multitude of flowering plants can thus come and dress your interior with magnificent colors. The choice is yours, depending on your tastes and the atmosphere you want to give to your rooms. Of all sizes, tropical or more classic, we give you some advice to choose them well and thus bloom your interior! Here is a non-exhaustive list of pretty flowering plants for your interior.

The Calathea Crocata

This flowering plant is original with its green and purple foliage and its orange flowers. It is a tropical plant that needs humidity and rather moderate light. You can mist its foliage regularly and place it on clay pebbles. You will need to water it once a week in winter, a little more in summer. The Calathea Crocata fears the cold, so be sure to keep your interior at the right temperature in winter.

The Azalea

This flowering plant is available in a wide range of different colors, so you will be spoiled for choice to flower your interior. The azalea will need coolness, also make sure that its substrate remains moist.

Bossfeld's Kalonchoe

You can easily place this small flowering succulent plant on a piece of furniture in your living room or in your kitchen, provided that it is well exposed to light and placed in a relatively warm place.

The Cyclamen

The cyclamen is composed of a flower with an original shape. It exists in white or can be colored. You will need to water this indoor flowering plant regularly, and keep it in a bright and cool place.

The Strelitzia Reginae (or Bird of Paradise)

This large tropical plant will find its place perfectly in your interior by giving it an exotic touch. These pretty flowers are reminiscent of the shape of a bird. This flowering plant needs light and coolness.

The Anthurium

The Anthurium is a tropical plant with a large original flower, the anthurium will need light to develop. You can spray its foliage and water the substrate when it becomes dry.

The Phalaenopsis

The Phalaenopsis is a type of orchid that you can easily find. We advise you to choose the plant when its flowers are still in bud so that you can enjoy this flowering plant as long as possible in your interior. The Phalaenopsis needs light without direct exposure. A drench once a week and a few sprays on its foliage will be enough to keep it in good shape for a long time.
