It should be watered approximately every two weeks when the substrate begins to be completely dry, its leaves will tend to lose their hold and soften if it needs water. From April to September you can give it fertilizer rich in phosphorus and potash.
When should I repot my epiphyllum?
It repots approximately every two years in a slightly larger pot. The ideal substrate for cacti consists of 1/4 potting soil, 1/4 leaf compost, 1/4 heather soil and 1/4 perlite.
How do I take cuttings for my epiphyllum?
For the cutting, all you have to do is cut a piece of stem neatly and let it dry for weeks in a bright room, before putting it in the ground.
